Celebrating the Season – Christmas

Within the next couple of weeks we will be celebrating Christmas. Anyone is welcome to join us whether you regularly worship with us or not. If you’re in the area and don’t have a regular church home consider joining us in celebrating the birth of Jesus.

Christmas Cantata – Sunday Dec. 11 at the 11:00 am worship service we will present our Christmas music program. As usual the music will take up most of the service, but you will have the opportunity to sing some traditional Christmas carols as well. Come, join in, or just enjoy the choir’s presentation of

Celebrate His Name! Proclaim His Birth
Music by Mary McDonald and Larry Shackley
Lyrics and Narration by Pamela Martin
Orchestration by Larry Shackley

Christmas Party – Sunday Dec. 18 beginning at 4:00 we will celebrate with a Christmas party.  There will be food and fun for all. Also, I heard a rumor that there might be a visit from a jolly gentleman. Come and find out and bring the children.

Christmas Caroling – Also, on Sunday Dec. 18 we will go Christmas caroling beginning at 6:00. Come join us with your voice to spread a little cheer in the neighborhood and to our shut-ins. You don’t have to have a great voice to make a joyful noise.

Anyone is welcome to join us. You don’t have to be a member of our church to celebrate with us. Come help us celebrate and spread the meaning of what the Christmas season is all about!
